BD Frank, known in some circles as “reso-man” referring to predominantly playing metal resonator instruments including open tuned slide style guitar and mandolin.

BD won the internationally sponsored IBC Blues Showdown competition in Phoenix AZ in 2017
Featured artist two times at the internationally known Mary Kay Fisher Theater in Sedona AZ, sponsored by both the Sedona Film Festival and the Northern AZ Blues Alliance
Additionally provided music soundtracks for aired episodes of Motor Trend TV
BD (& B) have extensively toured the southwest US including performances at the Scottsdale Arts Festival, Scottsdale Westworld, Tempe Arts Festival, Tucson Folk Festival, Flagstaff Folk Festival, Prescott Folk Festival, Glendale Folk Festival, Mesa Music Festival and too many additional blues events / festivals and clubs to continue to list.
More locally, BD has previously performed regularly at the no longer existing Double Door Blues Club in Charlotte NC and now currently performing in Tennessee and NC.
BD & B host community open mic nights as well as musician showcases

Has previously toured Europe with the Battle Creek Symphony as well as touring Canada with the Kalamazoo Symphony
Additionally performed vocally with Hugh Jackman (The Wolverine) in the Music Man touring production
Barbara also was a vocalist in the a cappella quartet “Harmony Rain” including performances at minor league baseball games in Arizona as well as many other major arts festivals and events in the southeastern US.
More locally, Barbara also performed at the Biltmore House in Asheville.
Barbara has since been performing at venues all over the southeast with her husband BD
for the past 12 years and now here locally in Tennessee and North Carolina.
